Ancient wisdom has always known the wisdom and health benefits of grounding. It is only in the last few decades have 95% of humans become disconnected with Mother Earth and its healing properties. Thanks to the so called “progress” of concrete and rubber soles we were no longer in contact with the magnetic and electrical field of our planet.
